# Installation & First Login

Install CrushSuite Clubs and get your winery to a working nav bar — the one step every store completes before any club setup begins. Takes about 5 minutes, plus choosing a plan.

### Before you start

* You'll need Shopify store owner or staff access with permission to install apps.
* There's no setup wizard inside CrushSuite Clubs — this Getting Started section is the wizard. Work through it in order.

1. Install **CrushSuite Clubs** from the Shopify App Store. On your first visit to the app, CrushSuite creates your merchant record automatically — there's nothing for you to fill in yet.
2. Shopify lists the permissions CrushSuite Clubs needs, covering customers and payment methods, orders and draft orders, subscription contracts, products and publishing, discounts and cart, inventory and locations, shipping and fulfillment, files, and themes and app proxy. Approve all of them — features across Clubs depend on each group. If Shopify later asks you to re-approve permissions — for example after an app update — features tied to the new scope can silently stop working until you do.
3. Choose a plan on Shopify's pricing page. Choosing a plan is mandatory before anything else works: until a plan is selected, the app's navigation is empty and every visit redirects you to Shopify's hosted pricing page. This is the single most common "the app looks broken" moment merchants run into. Plan names and current pricing are set and shown on that page, not inside CrushSuite Clubs.
4. Once you approve a plan, Shopify redirects you back into CrushSuite Clubs with that plan attached to your store.
5. You land on the app with the navigation filled in. **Clubs**, **Releases**, **Members**, and **Settings** are all reachable from there.
