Turning it off doesn't remove a fee already recorded on an order. **Membership Renewal Frequency.** Existing members' next billing date isn't recalculated on save. It takes one full billing cycle to propagate, because the new frequency is only applied when the next billing date is calculated after a successful charge. New signups pick it up immediately. Settings CrushSuite reads live — **Club Name**, **Timezone**, **Visibility**, and **Allow Members to Skip Releases** — have no retroactive gap. *** #### Archiving a club **Archive Club** sits at the bottom of every club's **Settings** page, under **Danger Zone**. {% hint style="warning" %} Archiving a club is permanent and cannot be undone.
