# App Embed Not Displaying

The signup widget renders blank, doesn't appear at all, or shows the wrong product on your club product page. Work through these causes to find which one applies.

### Symptoms

* The **Club Membership Signup Widget** renders nothing on the club product page.
* The theme editor shows "The Club Membership widget will only show on Club Membership products."
* The signup form was there for the last release and has since disappeared.
* **Add block** doesn't offer the widget.

### Common Causes and Solutions

#### The block's Product setting points at a non-club product

The widget renders whatever product its **Product** setting names, not the product whose page it sits on.

1. In **Shopify Admin** → Online Store → Themes → Customize, select the block.
2. Compare its **Product** setting against the membership product under **Clubs** → \[Club Name].
3. Pick the right product and click **Save**.

#### Signup is hidden because the release cutoff has passed

1. Select the block and check **Hide signup after cutoff date**.
2. If it's on and the cutoff has passed, the form is replaced by your **Cutoff message** — and an empty **Cutoff message** renders as an empty block.
3. Fill that field in, or turn the setting off, then click **Save**.

#### The club product has no selling plan

Without one the block renders nothing at all — no form, no warning banner, on the storefront or in the theme editor.

1. Open the club product in **Shopify Admin** → Products and look for a subscription plan.
2. If there isn't one, contact support. The selling plan is created with the club and can't be re-added from the CrushSuite admin.

#### The theme isn't Online Store 2.0

App blocks and app embeds don't exist on vintage themes. Switching themes is the only fix.

### When to Contact Support

* The club name and which product page the block is on.
* What the block's **Product** setting names.
* Whether the theme is Online Store 2.0.
