# Members Can't See Their Club

A member says the Clubs page is missing from their account, or their club isn't listed in it. Diagnose which cause applies and how to fix it.

### Symptoms

* No **Clubs** entry appears in the customer's account navigation.
* The **Clubs** page loads, but the club the member expects isn't listed.
* The member sees "Sorry, an error occurred while loading your clubs. Please try again later."
* A member you imported says they can't manage their membership at all.

### Common Causes and Solutions

#### The store is on classic customer accounts

1. Open **Shopify Admin** → Settings → Customer accounts.
2. If it's set to classic, there is no member portal at all — not a broken page, no page.
3. Switch to new **Customer Accounts**. That's the only fix.

#### The member is signed in with a different email

1. Open **Members**, search for the member, and note the email on the membership.
2. Have them sign in with that exact address, or open the direct link in any club email.

#### The membership is still Pending Migration

An imported member who hasn't completed their payment setup link shows as **Pending Migration**. CrushSuite leaves that membership out of the portal entirely, so the club doesn't appear at all — it isn't hidden behind an error.

1. Open the migration's detail page.
2. Click **Resend payment email**, which shows the count of members still pending.
3. The club appears once they complete the link.

#### The membership was cancelled, or the club was archived

Archiving a club cancels every membership in it. The member still sees the club, with the banner "This club is no longer active. Your membership has ended." Nothing is left to manage, and your Members list shows them as **Cancelled**. Expected, not a bug.

### When to Contact Support

* Whether the store is on classic or new **Customer Accounts**.
* The member's email address and the club name.
* Whether the issue affects one member or many.
* A screenshot of what the member sees.
